Service Salary

Defined service salary for defined project responsibility.

The structure below matches how buyers usually need a China-side project representative: start with one unclear point, move into defined project responsibility when the work becomes live, and expand only when end-to-end follow-through is truly needed.

Work begins after written scope confirmation. Cargo funds, supplier payments, and payment flows are outside scope and are never handled by this role.

Entry point

Review & Verification

USD 120 fixed amount

Best when one quotation, one supplier situation, one sample issue, or one requirement problem already feels unclear and needs a buyer-side judgment first.

  • Review one quotation basis or one requirement set
  • Initial judgment on quality risk, price logic, or supplier mismatch
  • Written next-step advice for the buyer
Defined project responsibility

Project Representative Support

USD 180/day · minimum 5 days + travel

For live projects that need a buyer-side China project representative for defined tasks, milestones, supplier coordination, sample control, production visibility, and on-site work when required.

  • China-side project follow-through inside the agreed scope
  • Written updates tied to evidence and actual project movement
  • Factory visit support when the project needs on-site visibility
  • Travel costs are covered by the buyer
End-to-end option

End-to-end China Project Representation

Confirmed separately

For buyers who want a China-side project representative to carry defined project responsibility from requirement clarification through matching, sample control, production follow-through, and shipment readiness on an agreed scope.

  • Can begin from a clear brief or a still-vague requirement
  • Requirement clarification, matching, coordination, and live tracking
  • Support can continue through shipment readiness and dispatch coordination
  • Buyer control over funds and final approvals remains in place
Buyer control and anti-kickback framework

The salary structure only works if the buyer can still control the project.

The role is paid by the buyer for defined project work. It is not tied to supplier-side incentives, hidden markups, or unmanaged authority.

Money path stays with the buyer

  • Cargo funds, supplier payments, and payment flows are not handled by PPMEN.
  • Payments to factories, logistics providers, labs, or service partners remain under the buyer’s direct control.
  • The service salary is separate from supplier pricing and separate from cargo payment.

Approval path stays with the buyer

  • PPMEN can verify, coordinate, follow through, and report.
  • Final approval over supplier selection, sample approval, production release, and shipment release remains with the buyer.
  • Key quotations, sample decisions, milestone updates, and shipment-stage confirmations are kept in writing.

Undisclosed incentives carry consequences

  • No factory commission, rebate, referral fee, kickback, gift, or undisclosed supplier-side incentive may be accepted.
  • Any prior commercial relationship or potential conflict must be disclosed in writing before work proceeds.
  • Any undisclosed supplier-side incentive or material conflict may trigger immediate termination, loss of unpaid service salary, return of affected-stage service salary if required, liability for direct economic loss caused to the buyer, and any applicable legal consequences.
